90 in 90: Apollon Limassol 2 Marseille 2

By Sam Matterface

Goals from Dmitri Payet and Luis Gustavo we’re not enough to end Marseille’s dismal away record in the Europa League.

Apollon Limassol striker Anton Zelaya smashed in a dramatic 90th minute equaliser, after substitute Sasa Markovic had dragged his side back into a scrappy encounter.

Marseille established a 2-0 lead after half time, but for the second match day in a row they collapsed late on.

Lacking Adil Rami’s presence at the back, Marseille failed to close down Markovic who drove a wonderful shot passed Yohann Pele before Fiotos Papoulis creates Zelaya’s late chance that left Marseille bottom of Group H.
