90 in 90: Bournemouth 1 Brighton 3

By Alex Crook

Bournemouth boss Eddie Howe paid the price for making NINE changes as the Cherries slumped to a 3-1 FA Cup defeat at home to Brighton.

Anthony Knockaert put the visitors in front on 31 minutes before Yves Bissouma crashed in his first Seagulls goal with a superb 25-yard strike three minutes later.

Bournemouth threatened a comeback when Marc Pugh’s 20-yard curler 11 minutes into the second half reduced the deficit.

But Romanian striker Florin Andone’s header after Shane Duffy had nodded Knockaert’s corner back across the goal sealed the win.
