90 in 90: Sevilla 2 Barcelona 0

By Michael McCann

A Messi-less Barcelona lost 2-0 at Sevilla in the first leg of their Copa Del Rey quarter-final.

Sevilla deservedly led with almost an hour gone, through a brilliant acrobatic volley from Pablo Sarabia.

Barcelona were then caught on the break, Éver Banega’s cross picking out Wissam Ben Yedder for his 17th goal this season.

Barcelona couldn’t find an away goal, failing to score for the first time this season, and managing just one shot on target.

It’s a first win for Sevilla in their last 12 meetings with Barcelona.
